Replacements of item
We only replace items without extra charges if they are defective or damaged within 15 days after delivery with evidence. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will be replaced without returning the faulty product back to us. If 15 days have passed since after your delivery and you didn’t contact us, we can’t offer you a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided if the product wasn’t delivered after 30 days of complaints
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to us via our instagram or telegram page
